These terms apply to your use of tradewithtech.in ("TradeWithTech", "we", "us"). TradeWithTech is operated by Shilpi Verma, Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, India. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

TradeWithTech is a stock market data and analytics platform for NSE and BSE stocks. It includes a screener, relative strength and market breadth tools, charts, a strategy builder, custom indices, fundamentals and a trade journal. Some features are free; others need a paid Pro plan.

2. Not investment advice

TradeWithTech is a data and analytics platform, not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Screens, signals, ratings, indicators and journal analytics are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not recommendations to buy or sell any security. Trading and investing carry risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

3. Data accuracy

Market data is sourced from third parties and is mostly end-of-day. While we work to keep it accurate and timely, we do not guarantee that any data, price, signal or calculation is complete, correct or up to date. Please verify important information with your broker or the exchange before acting on it.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeWithTech.
• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person. Sharing a Pro account, or creating multiple accounts to get extra free trials, is not allowed.

5. Pro plans and payments

• Pro plans are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically.
• Pro is activated after we confirm your payment.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, resell or redistribute data or content from the platform
• use bots or automated tools to access the platform
• try to break, overload or get around the platform's security or plan limits
• use the platform for anything unlawful

7. Your journal data and shared content

Your trade journal is saved in your own browser and, if you connect it, your own Google Drive. You are responsible for keeping backups of it. Anything you share publicly through a link, such as a watchlist or strategy, can be viewed by anyone with that link. How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, code, ratings, indicators and content belong to TradeWithTech. You may use them for your own personal trading and research only.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, without refund. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform or its data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh.
